To provide a body cover for an automobile by which the versatility that the fitting to the automobile can be performed even when a protruding part which protrudes from the body surface is selectively attached is ensured, and in addition, which can be fitted on the automobile under a tightly fitted state.

On the cover main body 10A, an opening 51 through which a roof spoiler 58 protruding from the body surface 1A, the bag-like housing part 50 for housing the roof spoiler 58 inside with the opening 51 as the inlet, and a fastener 52 which can close the opening 51 from the front surface side are provided. When this body cover is fitted on an automobile 1 without the roof spoiler 58, the opening 51 is closed by closing the fastener 52. When the body cover is fitted on an automobile 1 equipped with the roof spoiler 58, the roof spoiler 58 is housed in the housing part 50 which is pulled out from the opening 51.
