To provide a body warming/cooling device capable of improving operability.SOLUTION: A body warming/cooling device in an embodiment includes a pair of first thermoelectric elements, a neck hanging member 21 and a power supply switch. The pair of first thermoelectric elements cool or heat each carotid artery on the right side neck and on the left side neck of a user.
