PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing body drive controller for a vehicle capable of improving detection accuracy of pinching.SOLUTION: A DC motor drives and closes a back door through an idle running section. A door ECU calculates an absolute value DN of a rotational speed difference as a deviation between a rotational speed of the DC motor detected in the idle running section and a current rotational speed of the DC motor detected afterward to detect pinching of foreign matter on the basis of the magnitude relation between the absolute value DN of the rotational speed difference and a detection threshold Ta. A temperature of the DC motor is estimated based on the rotational speed of the DC motor detected in the idle running section, and a temperature of the atmosphere is estimated based on the temperature of the DC motor and the number of operations of the DC motor within a certain time. The detection threshold Ta is corrected so that detection sensitivity of pinching of the foreign matter is higher when the temperature of the DC motor or the temperature of the atmosphere estimated is low than when the temperature of the DC motor or the temperature of the atmosphere estimated is high.
