Abstract:

To provide a body fat measuring instrument optimal for the health control such as performing a diet while maintaining the health.

This body fat measuring instrument is provided with impedance measuring means 8 measuring an impedance between electrodes, and skin water content sensor 11 finding the water content of the skin by detecting a physical quantity varied according to the water content of the skin so as to easily measure the water content of the skin as an index except for the body fat rate. This constitution can provide a body fat measuring instrument optimal for the health control such as performing the diet while maintaining the health.
