Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the sag of a heater wire with a very simple structure without reducing heat efficiency by forming heater terminals for exciting a heater with an elastically deformed spring material, and pulling the heater wire with the elasticity of the spring material.
SOLUTION: A heater case 2 is a plastic molding, and a heater wire 3 is fitted via heater terminals 10. The heater wire 3 is a fine nichrome wire, and its both ends are wound and connected on the heater terminals 10. The heater wire 3 is connected to the tips of the heater terminals 10, and the heater terminals 10 themselves are fitted at the fixed positions of the heater case 2. The heater terminals 10 concurrently serve as the terminals exciting the heater wire 3 and the tensile members preventing the sag of the heater wire 3. The heater terminals 10 are made of a spring material such as a plate spring or a spring wire capable of being elastically deformed.
