Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To standardize the product assembling work without complication the component parts and eliminate the wiring work, by attaching electric contact pieces onto a circuit board located inside an apparatus body, and consolidating electrically with the electronic circuit of the board into one body.
SOLUTION: To the apparatus body 1, is fitted with two electric contacting pieces 2a, which feed current from the apparatus body 1 to a nickel-chromium thin wire 3a as a heat emitting body on the heater cartridge side, are fitted in contact with a heater cartridge 3. The two contacting pieces 2a are equipped on the bases with terminals press shaped as facing inward, and when fixation is made to the circuit board 2, the inward facing terminals are inserted to the corresponding insert holes furnished in the circuit board 2 and soldered fast, and thereby the pieces 2a are connected electrically with the electronic circuit on the board 2. This permits eliminating the works associated with the wirings to lead to enhancement of the quality of products.
