To provide a simple pulling base for pulling a body just by mounting a part of the body.

A mounting base 2 is disposed at the upper position of a column 1 and a fixing base 3 is disposed at a lower position. This base is brought down to an outer side and pulling force is generated at the time of mounting the body, it is restored by the spring of a material when a weight pressure is eliminated. In the case that the spring is short of force, it is returned to an original position by a restoration elastic body 4 disposed at the movable shaft 7 of the fixing base 3. By a simple structure, the body pulling base for pulling the body just by mounting a part of the body on the mounting base is attained.
