This body rest structure has the body support for journaling the body of a human body tiltingly on his/her stomach and applying mild stretch to the thoracic vertebrae and the lumber vertebrae of a user. The body support comprises a support platform for a suprastemal part and a shoulder part and a support platform for a waist part. An opening extends longitudinally between the platforms, and a partial weight of the chest at least under the shoulder part can be pulled into the gap between the platforms. The support has a rear support surface for journaling the kidney part and the abdomen part of the human body from the downside. A head part support used together with the body part support is also disclosed.
