Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable high integration, improved yield and reduced cost of a photoelectric transfer device. CONSTITUTION:In a photoelectric transfer device provided with a maximum signal detecting means 101-1 which has a plurality of photoelectric transfer cells 1-1 in capable of accumulating photoelectrically transferred charges and puts out an accumulation signal of the photoelectric transfer cell 1-1 in which the strongest light enters, and a minimum signal detecting means 102-1 for putting out the accumulation signal of only the photoelectric transfer cell 1-1 in which the weakest light enters for carrying out detection by these means in a storage time, the maximum signal detecting means 101-1 and the minimum signal detecting means 102-1 are constituted by a circuit including a differential circuit in the same form.
