Abstract:
To provide a vehicle body side part structure capable of suppressing an opening on a connection part between a center pillar and a roof side rail, and further enhancing rigidity to an input load from a side part, relative to prior ones.SOLUTION: A vehicle body side part structure 1 comprises a roof side rail 2, a center pillar 3, a first junction part 5, a second junction part 6, and a third junction part 7. The first junction part 5 joints a roof side rail outer 22 and a roof side rail inner, on a corner part 10 formed of the roof side rail 2 and the center pillar 3. The second junction part 6 joints a center pillar outer 32 and a roof side rail inner, on the corner part 10. The third junction part 7 joints the center pillar inner and the center pillar outer 32 on the corner part 10. The first, second and third junction parts 5, 6, 7 are continuously arranged from an upper side to a lower side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
