Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve joint strength between a cabin back panel and a side frame and effectively restrict the reduction of a space in a cabin with excessive impulse.
SOLUTION: A body structure comprises a pair of right and left side frames disposed extending lengthwise along the longitudinal direction of a body to form the right and left sides of the body, a cabin back panel 2 disposed at the upper parts of the side frames to form the rear face of a cabin and a cabin back lower cross member 3 disposed extending crosswise along the lower edge 2a of the cabin back panel 2. The lower edge 2a of the cabin back panel 2 is connected to the pair of right and left side frames via the cabin back lower cross member 3 (panel members 3a, 3b).
