Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a body structure of a fuel cell two-wheel vehicle which can protect a tank valve of a fuel tank from external force working from both directions and below the vehicle.SOLUTION: A body structure 69 of a fuel cell two-wheel vehicle 1 comprises: a pair of right and left upper frames 25 extending backward; a pair of right and left lower frames 24 extending backward; a pair of right and left pivot brackets 26a connecting the lower frames 24 and the upper frames 25; a cross member 71 connecting bottom ends of the right and left pivot brackets 26a; a swing arm 9 supported by the pivot brackets 26a; and a fuel tank 15 having a pressure container 55 surrounded by the upper frames 25 and the lower frames 24 and a tank valve 63 provided for a rear part of the pressure container 55, in which the pivot brackets 26a conceals a connection part between the pressure container 55 and the tank valve 63, and has a width in a longitudinal direction reaching a side of the tank valve 63, the cross member 71 is installed astride to the right and left pivot brackets 26a via an area directly under the tank valve 63.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
