The body structure of the vehicle with the frame has a vibration prevention device for connecting the cabin forming part with the deck part and a pressure regulating valve arranged at the midway of piping for connecting the vibration prevention device with the shock absorber. The pressure regulating valve is released when the shock absorber receives a pressure which is not less than a predetermined value, and the vibration prevention device carries out attenuation based on a pressure caused by the release of the pressure regulating valve.
