Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently install an outside plate panel by improving welding strength by easily welding even welding parts of an acute angle, and dispensing with bead eliminating work by a grinder by preventing a bead by welding of a beam member and truss members from projecting outside from a body structure zone truss.
CONSTITUTION: A body structure zone truss is constituted in such a way that recessed parts 22a, 23a and 24a are formed in welding parts of truss members 22, 23 and 24 by performing press work on a cross-sectional square steel member, and the recessed parts 22a, 23a and 24a and the lengthwise direction of a beam member 21 are made to coincide with each other, and they are butted against each other, and the whole circumference of the truss members 22, 23 and 24 is welded.
