Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the efficiency of a casting operation and stabilize the quality of a product by automating a body supply operation for pouring a body into a casting mold of a vibration casting device.
CONSTITUTION: In a vibration casting device which pours and casts a body 15 made flowable by imparting vibration to a specific casting mold from an inlet 6 of the casting mold, an auxiliary hopper 13 to be loaded with the body 15 by a specific amount is connected to the inlet 6 of the casting mold of the vibration casting device, and a supply hopper 17 for loading the body to the auxiliary hopper 13 is disposed upward of the auxiliary hopper 13. When the amount of body in the auxiliary hopper 13 is reduced to be less than a specific objective level, the body 15 is replenished from the supply hopper 17 to the auxiliary hopper 13. In this manner, the amount of body in the auxiliary hopper 13 is always kept constant.
