To provide a body-worn urine storage bag for emergency use, which is useful especially when a person away from home in a strange place, has un urge to urinate, and a handicapped or elderly person takes time to go to a restroom for discharging and thus find it hard to make it in time.

A wearer's discharged urine is passed through a backflow valve and stored in the urine storage bag. The stored urine is discharged through a special discharge valve in the restroom.
