A bogie 3 is run on a bogie rail 2 having a cutout part 2b in a crossing spot with the other rail 8 by a plurality of running wheels 41, 42 without having a flange. A central part of a plurality of equalizer frames 51 is supported vertically swivelably by a support 55 on the bogie 3. First/second guide wheels 52, 53 with flanges 52a, 53a are supported rotatably on both end parts of each equalizer frame 51. A spring 54 energizing the first guide wheel 52 downward is interposed between the bogie 3 and the equalizer frame 51.
