To provide a bogie frame for a rolling stock which improves welding workability in assembling.
A bogie frame 1 for a rolling stock is provided with: a pair of right and left side sills 2 disposed along a rail direction; and a cross beam 3 for connecting the side sills 2 to each other. The cross beam 3 is formed of a top plate member 31, a bottom plate member 32, and a pair of front and back side plate members 33 disposed and welded between the plate members 31, 32. Striker plate support parts 34, 35 extend out from the front and back edges of the top plate member 31 and the bottom plate member 32 corresponding to the positions where striker plates 4, 5 for attaching a main motor and a gear device are disposed. The striker plates 4, 5 are welded to the striker plate support parts 34, 35.
