PURPOSE: To provide a bogie made of reinforced plastic which is lightweight and has excellent durability and productivity by assembling a beam structure connected with flat plates for a beam flange made of a reinforced plastic material and members with a U-shaped cross section for a beam web via a joint member with an L-shaped cross section made of the same material.
CONSTITUTION: A beam structure material 1 is connected with flat plates 1-1 of a beam flange made of a reinforced plastic material and members 1-2 with a U-shaped cross section of a beam web, end sections of two members 1-2, 1-2 with a U-shaped cross section are butted together, and two flat plates 1-1, 1-1 of the beam flange are vertically stuck and connected across butt faces for assembling. Cross beams 3, 3 are inserted into side beams 2, 2 formed with cross beam insertion holes, and joint members 4 with an L-shaped cross section are stuck to the side beams 2, 2 and cross beams 3, 3 to integrally connect them. When this assembling structure is used, constituting members are simple structural materials, the manufacture is facilitated, and a lightweight bogie with excellent durability is provided.
