Lower whistle ports 5 are provided on both sides across a steam passage. When the whistle tube is formed into three lines, for example, a five-scale steam whistle used in an old national railway machine can be manufactured. When the whistle tube is finished integrally with the boiler by a boiler cover and coating, the lower whistle ports 5 are made hardly visible, the external appearance is not impaired, and a trouble caused by waterdrops can be prevented because of a high temperature at all times.
