Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable pin inserting work to be carried out easily in a short time even if each hole of the first connecting metal fitting such as fork end and of a second connecting metal fitting such as lug slips each other, by forming a tapered part on a connecting pin. CONSTITUTION:On one end of a pin 5, a tapered part 5a is formed. When a boiler suspending apparatus is fabricated by using said pin 5, if the top end of the tapered part 5a of the pin 5 faces to the hole 4a of a lug 4, even if each hole 3a, 4a of the fork end 3 and the lug 4 slips each other, the fork end 3 is lifted with a sling bolt 2 by hammering the outer side end of the pin 5, so the pin 5 advances on every hammering on the outer side end of the pin 5, and said each hole 3a, 4a can be inserted perfectly. Thus, pin inserting work on the boiler suspending apparatus can be performed easily.
