Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended boiler capable of reducing seismic response of an inner element installed in a boiler body.SOLUTION: A boiler 1 of the present invention comprises: a boiler body 3; and a support steel frame 5 which supports the boiler body 3 by suspending the same. The boiler body 3 has: a furnace wall 11 made by alternately aligning water pipes 15 and plate-like fins 16; an inner element 4 which is stored inside the furnace wall 11; and a buffer mechanism 20 which absorbs vibration energy when displacement of the inner element 4 relative to the furnace wall 11 exceeds a predetermined value. The buffer mechanism 20 is positioned in a space between the furnace wall 11 and the inner element 4 in a main vibration direction of the inner element 4 and transfers a load on the buffer mechanism 20 due to interference with the inner element 4 to the fins 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
