Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a boiling action of beans thoroughly at a heat efficiency and moreover, obtain ripened state at a higher quality.
SOLUTION: There are arranged a cage body A formed with a roughly U-shaped cross section out of a porous plate 11 and likewise, a lid B formed in the shape of a disc corresponding thereto out of a porous plate 29. So, a plurality of heat storage bars 28 are extended in a radially symmetrical distribution configuration as a whole from a bottom surface of the cage body A while arranged being upward protruded integrally as vertical length H3 shorter than the depth (d) of the cage body A or/and a plurality of heat storage bars 40 are extended in a radially symmetrical distribution configuration as a whole from a plate surface of the lid B while arranged being downward protruded as vertical length H4 shorter than the depth of the cage body A.
