Abstract:
To suppress the occurrence of a large variation in a temperature of a battery cell even if a vehicle body of a vehicle is inclined when atmospheric air is low in a temperature.SOLUTION: In an ebullient cooling device with a battery module as a cooling object having a loop-type thermosiphon, and composed of a plurality of battery cells mounted to a vehicle, a liquid passage includes a lower path located downward rather than a connection port connected with an evaporator when a vehicle body is inclined, and comprises a heater arranged at the lower path, a liquid-phase side electromagnetic valve arranged between a flow-in port and the heater in the liquid passage, and a control part for controlling the opening/closing of the liquid-phase side electromagnetic valve and the heater on the basis of temperatures of the battery cells. When the vehicle body is in an inclined state (step S1: Yes), and the temperatures of the battery cells are higher than an atmospheric temperature (step S3: Yes), the control part performs variation suppression temperature adjustment control for closing the liquid-phase side electromagnetic valve, and heating a working fluid in the lower path by the heater (step S5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
