Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce size and cost of a cooling equipment capable of cooling many heating elements having different heating density.
SOLUTION: This boiling and cooling equipment is equipped with a cooling medium tank 4 located in a sealed space 3 formed inside a cabinet body 2 and a heat radiator 5 placed in non-sealed space 7 inside the cabinet body 2, and a cooling medium is placed inside and sealed. At the cooling medium tank 4, a metallic base plate 18 is jointed to one of the wall surfaces of an extruded member 13 constituting a cooling medium tank 4 through brazing sheet, and a first heating element 11 having a high heating density is tightened and fixed to its base plate 18 with bolts. Also on the other wall surface of the extruded member 13, a heat absorbing fin 22 is jointed for absorbing heat from air inside the sealed space 3 and transmitting it to the cooling medium inside the cooling medium tank 4 and is covered with a cover functioning also as an air supply route. Within a sealed space 3 where the cooling medium tank 4 is placed, a plurality of second heating elements 12 having a low heating density are arranged therein without direct attachment to the cooling medium tank 4.
