Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a bolt clamped Langevin vibrator free from the irregularity of characteristics due to clamping and easy to produce.
CONSTITUTION: In the structure of a vibrator wherein rear mass 1, an electrode plate 3a, piezoelectric ceramic 4a and front mass 2 are integrated by clamping them by a hexagonal nut 6 through a stand bolt 5, at least one of the contact surfaces of the rear mass 1 and the nut 6 is a mirror surface or a washer 7 of which at least one surface is subjected to mirror surface processing is fitted in the gap between the rear mass 1 and the nut 6.
