Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use force applied to a bolt as opposing holding power applied to a bolt member or a washer in an opposing direction when mutually coupling two parts.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with a screwing part 2, the bolt member 1, a friction washer 5 capable of coupling without rotating to a polygonal circumferential rim of the bolt member and having a first face area 7 and an opposing second face area 11, a sleeve 9 capable of coupling to a thread of the screwing part and provided with a face area 10 abutting to the second face area of the friction washer, a means provided on the sleeve for applying a constant force, and a means provided on at least one of the bolt member or the friction washer for applying the constant force in a direction opposing the sleeve. When the constant force is applied to at least one of the bolt member or the friction washer in one direction and it is applied to the sleeve in the opposing direction via the means provided on the sleeve, only the sleeve rotates and the bolt member is extended or relaxed without rotating.
