Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately fasten a bolt by setting a fastening amount of the bolt to an appropriate value.
SOLUTION: When fastening the bolt using a bolt fastening means 6, a first and a second torque gradient calculation means 14 and 15 detect fastening torque for every prescribed fastening angle interval of the bolt and calculate the torque gradient formed of a ratio of the fastening torque to the fastening angle of the bolt and, after adding and averaging the calculation values of the respective torque gradients, a fastening amount control means 16 controls the fastening amount of the bolt based on the adding and averaging value of the torque gradient.
