To provide a novel bolt fixing technique, in a method that is completely different from a conventional "fastening bolt" or "press-fit bolt".
A bolt fixing method includes: using a first mold 30 surrounding a screw part 12 of a hexagon head bolt 10 inserted into a bolt hole 21 of a fixed body 20 to fix the hexagon head bolt 10 thereto and having a protrusion 31 in contact with an outer edge of the bolt hole 21, and a second mold 40 in contact with a head 11 of the hexagon head bolt 10; applying a pressing force with the second mold 40 to the head 11 of the hexagon head bolt 10 toward the screw part 12 of the hexagon head bolt 10 to deform an outer edge of the bolt hole 21 held between the head 11 of the hexagon head bolt 10 and the protrusion 31 of the first mold 30; and allowing the deformed portion to enter the root (thread groove) of the screw part 12 of the hexagon head bolt 10, thereby fixing the hexagon head bolt 10.
