To provide a bolt heater and a bolt heating system capable of additionally tightening a bolt in safety with high accuracy even when a tubular flame burner capable of performing additional tightening of the bolt in a short time while saving a space by effectively preventing local heating of the bolt.
In this bolt heater, the tubular flame burner 5 comprising a combustion chamber 20 of an approximately circular cross-section, to which a gas fuel and the air for combustion are tangentially supplied through nozzles 19a, 19b, which completely burns the fuel while forming swirling flame, and discharges only a combustion gas from an outlet portion 16 of a burner main body 15, is connected with an end face of a stud bolt 3. The combustion gas of the tubular flame burner is allowed to flow to a gas passage 10 formed at a center of the stud bolt to heat the stud bolt.
