This bolt holding metal 10 is used in tightening one framework member 11 to the other framework member 12 and binding the same by securing a bolt member 15 fitted to the side surface of one framework member 11 and supported from the other framework member 12 in the junction of the pair of wooden framework members 11, 12. The bolt holding metal includes a cylindrical part 16 and an umbrella head 17 projected outward from one end part of the cylindrical part like an umbrella, wherein a female screw hole 19 whose inner peripheral surface is provided with a female screw groove 18 is formed to penetrate the cylindrical part 16 and the umbrella-like head 17. The umbrella-like head 17 is provided with a plurality of small screw holes 20 formed in the outside part of the female screw hole 19 at spaces in the circumferential direction to penetrate the umbrella-like head 17.
