This bolt 14 has respectively the bolt head part 14a and the screw part 14b on one end part side and the other end part side, and projects the screw part 14b outside from the bolt inserting hole 10a1 formed in this part to the thin plate-like part (a flange 10a) also serving as the form among the form or the structural material (a steel element 10) for placing the concrete, and is installed in a state of positioning the bolt head part 14b on the concrete placing side. The bolt 14 is formed between the bolt head part 14a and the screw part 14b so as to become gradually thin toward the other end part side from one end part side, and has a tapered part 14c brought into close contact with an edge part of the bolt inserting hole 10a1 in an installing state.
