Title:
BOLT FOR JOINING PLATE BODY, JOINT JIG, AND JOINT METHOD USING THEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3250096
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the jig inserting part of a bolt at pressingly joining from being deformed so as to make sure joint of the bolt and a plate body by inserting a positioning rod into the positioning hole of the bolt so as to perform centering against a joint jig.
SOLUTION: Under the condition in which the insertedly mounting part 11 of a bolt 1 is inserted into the joint hole 21 of a plate body 2, the positioning rod 36 of a joint jig 3 is inserted into a positioning hole 16 so as to perform centering of the bolt 1 to the jig 3. Next, the plate body 2 is pressed against the side of a flange part 14 by the press face 31 of the jig 3. At this time, the positioning rod 36 is gradually retreated. Hereby, because the inner diameter of the joint hole 21 of the plate body 2 is smaller than the outer diameter of a joint part 13, the inner diameter is spread along a taper part 12 following to being pressed of the plate body 2. Simultaneously, because the inner diameter of a jig recessed part 32 is smaller than the outer diameter of the joint part 13, the circumferential edge part of the joint part 13 is squashed in the axial direction. Consequently, the spread joint hole 21 is fitted to the outer circumferential face of the joint part spread out along the flange part 14, and hence the bolt 1 and the plate body 2 are firmly joined together.
