Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a bolt and the bolt capable of uniting improvement of strength and maintenance of non-magnetism by using relatively inexpensive non-magnetic steel.SOLUTION: A bolt 1 is manufactured through a drawing process of setting a round bar made from non-magnetic steel at a temperature of a cooling temperature region of a room temperature or more and less than recrystallization temperature of non-magnetic steel and drawing an outer diameter of the round bar, a cooling plastic working process of forming a rotary tool receptor 4 of the bolt 1 on a part of the round bar other than an end part formed of a thread 2 in such a state that a temperature of the round bar is elevated according to the drawing process and a form rolling process of heating the end part of the round bar formed of the thread 2 on a cooling temperature region and performing form rolling of the thread 2 on the end part. Therein, a tensile strength is 980 MPa or more and a relative permeability is 1.6 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
