To provide a bolt supporting metal fitting to a channel material capable of easily hooking a bolt to the inside of a lip of the channel material with no special work with the bolt to be connected to the channel material.

The bolt supporting metal fitting is attached to the head B1 of a bolt B, and is hooked inside the lip C1 of the channel material. The bolt B is inserted in an insert hole 1A which hooks with the head B1 of the bolt B, and the head B1 of the bolt B is forcedly pinched by a pinching part 2A for fixing the head B1. The bold supporting metal fitting forms an U shape in cross section with a band-like locking piece 1 with the insert hole 1A opened and a pair of engagement pieces 2 which are bent and extended from both ends of the width of the locking piece 1, to engage with the head B1 of the bolt B. The engagement piece 2 is provided with the pinching part 2A.
