To provide a bolt with a cushioning washer capable of eliminating looseness and breakage and the possibility of damage by sufficiently absorbing vibration and shock when it is tightened at a connection portion, usable while holding a vibration damping function even after it receives vibration and shock, extremely usable in the same manner as in a normal bolt, and having excellent durability.

This bolt comprises the fixed washer 3 fixed to the head bottom face 14 of the bolt 1, a cover body 4 having, at the opening end edge in an insertion hole formed at the bottom face center part thereof, a locking projection 43 formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape with a diameter approximately the same as that of the fixed washer 3 inserted into a shaft body 11 at the tip of the fixed washer 3 and locked to the base end face of the fixed washer 3 facing toward the inside, a movable washer 5 with a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the cover body 4 axially movably inserted into a shaft body 11 portion positioned on the cover body 4 inner side, a cylindrical restriction member 7 with a prescribed height disposed along the inner peripheral surface of the cover body 4, and an elastic body 6 inserted into the shaft body 11 on the inside of the restriction member 7 and installed across the fixed washer 3 and the movable washer 5.
