Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt capable of reliably sharpening a corner part of a bolt head of a bolt manufactured with cold forging.SOLUTION: A bolt 1 is manufactured by cold forging, and configured such that a bolt shaft part 3 extends from a polygonal bolt head 2 with a bolt shaft passing through a substantial center of the bolt head 2 with a shaft center. The bolt head 2 has an outer peripheral surface 6 divided into a predetermined number of side surfaces by a predetermined number of linear corner parts 5, and a concave top surface concave part 7 formed on a bolt top surface 4. The top surface recess part 7 has a circular central region 8 with the bolt shaft as a center, and a predetermined number of expansion regions 9 expanding from the central region 8 toward each of the predetermined number of corner parts 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
