To improve the construction property and prevent the occurrence of a crack in a wall due to excessive stress by providing a fitting groove on a precast beam, mounting a precast wall in the fitting groove in such a manner that it can slide, and filling mortar in the fitting groove to bond them.
A precast wall 2 is slidably mounted in a fitting groove 10 provided in a precast beam 1 which is a heavy structure to perform positioning of the beam 1 and the wall 2 due to play in a slide section. Next, a steel plate 12 is provided between the wall 2 and the fitting groove 10 and then mortar 14 is filled therebetween to bond and fix them so that a necessity of the mounting work such as welding, tightening bolt is eliminated. Moreover, instead of the steel plate 12, synthetic resin sheet such as Teflon sheet and a viscous elastic body such as asphalt are used to absorb earthquake energy. Consequently, it is possible to improve the mounting work property greatly and prevent the occurrence of a crack on the precast wall 2 even when an earthquake occurs.
