Title:
BONDING INTERLINING CLOTH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3708233
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a binding interlining cloth soft to touch feeling by providing a structure capable of reducing nonselective adhesion of the second resin for bonding thereof to a face side fabric even when making a binder having a low glass transition temperature of about ≤0°C adhere thereto in order to soften the touch feeling of the bonding interlining cloth.
SOLUTION: This bonding interlining cloth comprises the dotted first resin layer formed on at least one surface of a fiber web and the second resin, having a lower melting point than that of the first resin layer and secured to the first resin layer. The fiber web consists essentially of latently crimpable fibers, which have the developed crimps and are mutually entangled. A binder having ≤0°C glass transition temperature and a water repellent are made to adhere to the fibers.
