Abstract:
PURPOSE:To securely fix a magnet to a core by a method wherein a groove is caulked after the magnet to be used for generation of field magnet has been buried in the groove of a stator core. CONSTITUTION:A field magnet 3 is buried in the stator core 1 on which a thin steel plate is laminated, and after a caulking pressure receiving shaft 5 has been passed through the center hole of the stator core 1 and pressurized in the lamination direction using pressurizing jigs 6 and 7, the stator core 1 is caulked in the direction of the caulking pressure receiving shaft 5 using a caulking jig 8, a caulking section 4 is formed at a part of the stator core 1, and the magnet 3 is fixed to the statore core 1. Thus, stabilized magnet fixing force can be obtained using a simple method.
