To provide a bone conduction loudspeaker by which the output efficiency is enhanced, without increasing the outer diameter size and sufficient strength is obtained, regardless of a simple configuration.

This loudspeaker is provided with a yoke 1 having a central magnetic pole 2, on which a voice coil is wound. The yoke 1 is extended in 4 directions and a magnet 4 is placed to two parts 7, 7 opposite to each other in the extended parts and a diaphragm fixing section 6 is stood upright to the other two parts 8, 8, and a diaphragm is fixed to the diaphragm fixing sections 6. In this case, the magnets 4 and the diaphragm fixing sections 6 are preferably on the same circumference.
