The bone conduction type earphone microphone 10 is contained in a concha 31 surrounded by a tragus 33 and an antitragus 32 and the earphone microphone 10 is supported by the concha 31 with the tragus 33 and the antitragus 32 and a cable 24 is led in an extended direction 36 of a scapha 35 being a recessed part between the tragus 33 and the antitragus 32. A part of the bone conduction detection type microphone placed with eccentricity with respect to a center of the container case at a rear side 37 of the tragus 33, that is part in contact with the vicinity of the entrance of an external auditory canal is used for a delivery section and the delivery section delivers bone conduction voice vibration and the microphone detects it. Thus, the detection sensitivity of the bone conduction voice vibration is increased by providing the delivery section to the part of the container case in contact with the tragus 33.
