Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone plate assemble capable of polyaxially adjusting a bone anchor and plate by expanding an inclination angle to one side.SOLUTION: The bone plate assembly includes a plate member 1 having a top face and a bottom face 1b, where at least one passage 2 extends from the top face 1a to the bottom face 1b. The at least one passage 2 includes: a first hole 2a having a first end opened towards the top face 1a and a second end; a sheet 2c for receiving a head 7 of a bone anchor 6, where the first hole 2a includes a first central axis C1, the sheet part includes a second central axis C3, and the first central axis C1 and the second central axis C3 cross with each other in the passage 2; and a second hole 2b opened towards the bottom face 1b. The first hole 2a includes a female screw 5.
