To provide a book belt which is provided with a ruling lines, plain surface and the like in a wrapper band which is wound to a book etc. and an individual can directly write a message onto the wrapper band such as a letter and postcard.

The book belt comprises the wrapper band, wherein the wrapper band has the ruling lines, plain surface and the like so as for an individual to write a message such as the letter and postcard, so that cost and time needed to purchase and prepare the letter and postcard other than the book can be reduced, when giving a book as a gift.
