To provide a book-binding structure where a sample book can sufficiently be spread, especially, in pages closer to a front page and a reverse page of a booklet body, and to provide the sample book including paper samples.
The structure includes the booklet body 4 where a plurality of pages 2 are bound, and a book jacket 12 for covering the front page 6, a back page 8 and the reverse page 10 of the booklet body 4. The book jacket 12 includes: a front cover 14 covering the front page 6 of the booklet body 4; a back cover 16 covering the back page 8 of the booklet body 4; and a reverse cover 18 covering the reverse page 10 of the booklet body 4. The book jacket 12 is connected to the booklet body 4. A plurality of grooves 26, 30 are formed in a vertical direction of the booklet body 4 in at least one of the front cover 14, the back cover 16 and the reverse cover 18.
