To provide a book grip by which a book can easily be taken out by one hand.

This book grip includes a rectangular parallelepiped-form lower main body 10, a rectangular parallelepiped-form upper main body 20, a handle 30, a fixing string 40, and a page fixing clip 50. In this case, on the lower end front side of the lower main body 10, a lower supporting protruding section 11 is installed, and on the upper end, an upper main body inlet/outlet hole 12 is installed. On the upper end front side of the upper main body 20, an upper supporting protruding section 21 is installed, and the lower end section is freely slidably inserted in the inlet/outlet hole 12 of the lower main body 10. Also, on the rear surface of the upper main body 20, a page fixing clip installation hole 25 is installed. The handle 30 is attached to the rear surface of the lower main body 10. One end section of the fixing string 40 is supported by the lower supporting protruding section 21 of the upper main body 20, and the other end section is supported by a length adjusting screw 60 which is installed on the rear surface lower end section of the lower main body 10 by going through the distal end of the lower supporting protruding section 11 of the lower main body 10. On the page fixing clip 50, an elastic supporting section 51 is installed, and a combining section 52 which is vertically freely slidably inserted in the installation hole 25 of the upper main body 20 is installed on the rear side of the page fixing clip 50.
