PURPOSE: To hold a booklet such as a book or the like in its opened state by fixing a book holder to the wall surface, which is formed in such a manner as to have a U-shaped cross section and make a pair of upper and lower parts, and the sides of which are opened not to be limited in the longitudinal direction.

CONSTITUTION: The respective surface parts 1a, 1b and the back parts 2a, 2b are connected to each other by space holding parts 3a, 3b, and holder members A, B U-shaped in section, which are provided with holding parts 4a, 4b are disposed among the surface parts, the back parts and the space holding parts. A fitting means 7 to the wall surface W is attached on each back part, and the holder members are disposed opposite to each other in the vertical direction and fixed at a suitable space to hold a booklet such as a book or the like in its opened state.
