To provide a reading clip, a book fixing bar and a reading stand which are of a simple structure with a function to facilitate a page turning operation and can securely immobilize the book without covering letters, in contrast with a conventional book immobilizing implement which is of a complicated structure with a troublesome operation to set the fixed part free at the time of turning the pages with other disadvantages such as the covering of the letters by the fixed part and the insecure/unstable state of the fixed part.

The reading clip is obtained by arranging a means to form a clearance etc. for loosely retaining the page without completely securing it, on the upper part of the clip. This reading clip is arranged on both ends of an expansion-type base bar with a locking mechanism to complete a book immobilizing bar. Further, a hook is attached so as to allow the book immobilizing bar to be detachably fitted to a base positioned at an appropriate angle, and thus the reading stand is available.
