Abstract:
To provide a device where a book page desired to read are fixed by fitting a resilient leaf spring to a book-rest so as to move the book-rest, moving the book-rest by pushing it with the fingers, and then putting the fingers away from the book-rest.
To the rear face of the lower part of a main plate 1 for fitting the resilient leaf spring 2 to the main plate 1, a page stopper bearing 8 with a page stopper 4 is fixed with screw 7. A ring 5 is fitted and mounted to a base plate 3 through the page stopper 4.
