To allow a user to stably hold a book and comfortably read it by eliminating inconvenience that reading a book in a bathtub and on the water in long-time bathing in warm or cold water is substantially impossible since the book gets wet, especially, pages cannot be turned, and splash, etc., is not prevented.

A device for fixing the book to a base board and pressurizing and releasing both turned paper surfaces is put into a transparent and water-proof bag, etc., and sealed. The device is floated in the bathtub and on the water, so that the pages are turned from the outer part of the bag and reading is performed without allowing the book to get wet.
